WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF ANY ISSUE WITH THE PRODUCT?

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS & PAYMENT?

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. For orders via registered postage, a tracking number (article tracking number) will be shared with you by mail once the order has been shipped. 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDERS BEFORE I MAKE A PAYMENT?

Go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?

At the moment, we accept Bancontact, Credit/Debit cards and Paypal payments.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS USING PAYPAL? HOW DOES IT WORK?

Customers who ship their orders within the EU should expect a delivery time within five (5) to ten (10) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received. You will be able to track your orders through your tracking code that you will receive once the product is shipped.

Outside the EU, this will depend on your delivery address. Although we will do all that is in our might to deliver witin twenty (20) days.

If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT? (DELIVERY TIME)

Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Paypal payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated to Samplestore.com system for your order.

CAN I PAY USING PAYPAL WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.

By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.

WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDERS? WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We aim to satisfy you with the best products available on the market and most complete information on these product so that you can take the right decision on which one should be the best fit for you.
If by any means you are not satisfied by one of our products, please contact us and we will try to help and inform you as much a possible and look together for a solution.
If no solution can be found, we will allow you to ship back the products for free via the return form that we will provide you. The cost of the product will be fully refunded.
Note that shipping costs are not refundable.

WHAT IF I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER DELIVERY? (WRONG, DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. 

We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.

1. In the event of damaged products received, please send us a photo of the affected product and your D.O (Delivery Order) to info.bandaal@gmail.com in order for us to investigate with our manufacturer and re-send the product to you at no cost, subject to availability. Please don’t throw the product away before you have received a clear reply on the future steps to take. 

2. In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the product and if there’s a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we’ll re-send the order to you at no cost at all, subject to availability.

3. In the event of a wrong delivery received, please contact us via info.bandaal@gmail.com or through our contact form. We will send you a return form for the wrong product and will immediately ship the right size to you at no additional cost.
